Delivery & Returns

We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum so therefore we have a set scale of charges according to your purchase.

Postage Rates

These charges apply to UK (includes Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey) only.  We only accept orders from UK addresses.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to post your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.  If any unforeseen problems occur (e.g. postal strike) we will contact you to let you know.

RETURNS:

Your order will be sent out appropriately packaged.  Goods that have manufacturing faults can be returned but please contact us first for an authorisation number so that we can arrange a refund.

In the unlikely event of your goods being received damaged in transit, please contact your local post office in the first instance.  You will need to take your parcel/package (with contents) as evidence.  We would suggest that if possible you take a photograph of the package prior to opening if it appears damaged from the outside.  We will have proof of postage in case a claim needs to be made.  If this happens please contact us so that we can be of assistance.

If you are returning any faulty items to us, please ensure that you obtain a receipt at the time of posting as proof of postage.  We cannot be held liable for goods you are returning to us that go missing in transit.
FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH TYNESIDE* (conditions apply)

SOUTH TYNESIDE residents can have any order (£20 & over)* delivered direct to their home FREE OF CHARGE.  At checkout opt for the ‘pick up at store’ option to receive FREE DELIVERY.

Orders will usually be delivered after 6.00 p.m. the day after the order is received.  Exact delivery times cannot be given.  If there are any changes to this service we will let you know.
